Structure Support

Also known as underpinning, oftentimes clients prefer foundation stabilization versus raising to forgo the damaging effects structures encore after years of settlement when raised in a short period of time. Still, others prefer not to raise a structure after extensive and expensive repairs have been performed. Permeation grouting and soil densification are two primary methods to stabilize settling structures long term.

Foundation Raising

  • Stone, Concrete, and Brick Foundations
  • Without excavation or slab removal
  • Historical structures sensitive to movement

Lincoln Company uses an innovative poly foam jacking process to first densify weak soils beneath a structure and if desired raise the settled segment to its original elevation. This innovative jacking process is fast, cost-effective, and performed without excavation. Soil and structure analysis is performed by one of your licensed engineers to develop a site-specific corrective repair. The polyfoam jacking process is uniquely suited for stone foundation raising as older structures’ foundations become fragile and sensitive to movement. Monitoring of interior and exterior elements are performed throughout the soil densification and raising process.
